		<description>Your comments about Twitter and other social networking sites in December's issue were very interesting and have some relevance to our efforts to change behaviour in the housebuilding industry.

We are trying to use Facebook etc to reach our target audience of experienced housebuilding candidates and believe that these sites can be very effective for communicating to a wide audience whilst also potentially creating "some word of mouth" value.</description>
