    Hi Rupert

I’ve been tweeting for a few months and find it really helpful when I feel the need to ‘vent’ a thought or feeling!
Great to read the thoughts of fellow property industry tweeters - we need more of them.

  2. Hi Rupert - the property industry is notoriously slow at adapting to new media (don’t you know we’re a “people business” my boy).

I had first hand experience when I was Group Marketing Director at Chesterton International plc and we asked the board for funding to invest in both Primelocation (resi) and EGpropertylink (commercial).

I know that a few of the directors at JLL tweet and of course the journalists at Estates Gazette.

Best of luck with this and if you’re looking for greatest property industry tweeter in France I’d certainly give it a go!

    All the best….

    Graham

I use it to keep clients and other contacts up to date on what MMS is up to and to spread the word on any views, comments and opinions I have based on my visits to various developments and housebuilder meetings around the country. Hopefully some find it of interest. Other greatest property tweeters? Matt Fleming started off his Twitter career strongly, but seems to have gone a bit quiet of late. Houseladder has some good stuff from time to time. And Rupert…we haven’t seen many tweets from you recently!
